Welcome home

The glow up of the century.

Our Broad Ripple home has had the glow up of the century (126 years, to be exact)! This historic house was just rebuilt from the studs up, and the only thing old left is the charm.

Three bedrooms and two full baths, a chef worthy kitchen with a real coffee bar, a covered front porch and a back patio with a fire pit. It is a great fit for families, friends in town for a Colts game, Butler parents weekend, or anyone who wants to walk to dinner and stumble home under the trees.
