🌡️ Nest thermostat
By the stairs. Turn the outer ring to raise or lower the temperature. Press the ring to open the menu and switch between heat, cool or off.
🗑️ Trash
In the kitchen island, across from the dishwasher. At checkout, full bags go to the trash cans outside.
🧹 Vacuum & mop
In the small closet by the back French doors.
🛏️ Extra linens
Downstairs: off the kitchen, next to the washer & dryer.
Upstairs: tall gray cabinet in the bedroom, by the window.
Both have towels, sheets, blankets & pillows. Help yourself.
👶 Pack 'n Play
In the closet of the upstairs bedroom with the desk and twin XL loft bed.
📶 WiFi
Network name and password are in your booking app messages and in the printed guidebook in the house.
🔥 Fire pit & porch
Make full use of the fire pit and the covered porch. Please keep late night noise down for the neighbors.

Coffee machines & filtered water
Technivorm: grind beans to the size of rough sand. Watch the how to video.
Keurig: pop in a K-Cup for a quick single cup.
RO water: use the separate tap at the kitchen sink for filtered drinking water.
Walk it from our door
The front door faces west onto Guilford Ave, so right is north and left is south.
1. Broad Ripple Ave 4 min
Turn right (north) on Guilford Ave and walk a block and a half to the main strip of bars, shops and restaurants.
2. Flower Alley 2 min
Cross Guilford onto Paxton Place, directly across the street, and walk west half a block to the alley.
3. Monon Trail 4 min
Turn left (south) to 61st St, then left (east) past Winthrop Ave. 28.9 paved miles, with breweries along the way.
4. Red Line station 7 min
North to Broad Ripple Ave, left (west) two blocks to College Ave. The station is just south of the corner.
Downtown is a short ride away.
Broad Ripple is easy on foot, and downtown is a short ride away. The IndyGo Red Line is bus rapid transit with frequent arrivals and dedicated lanes that skip traffic.
Walk to the station
- Turn right (north) on Guilford Ave and walk to Broad Ripple Ave.
- Turn left (west) and walk two blocks to College Ave.
- The Broad Ripple station is on College Ave, just south of the corner. Ride southbound to go downtown.

🚗 Uber & Lyft
Rideshares are plentiful in Broad Ripple. A trip downtown takes about 15 to 20 minutes and usually costs $15 to $25.
